Starlit Syntax is a whimsical solo exhibition by Korean artist Herry Kim. Rooted in the idea of ‘worldbuilding’, Kim explores how memory and imagination constructs entire universes. Her dream-like works invite viewers to step into constellations of colour and story, where syntax becomes starlight and meaning takes playful shape.

The exhibition opens with a series of special events October 3-4 at and features a specially designed sweets menu reflecting the art - available exclusively during its run, merging visual and culinary creativity into a multi-sensory experience.

This October, exhibited.at joins KARL: The Art of Fashion at Levi’s Plaza in San Francisco.

Opening October 3, 2025, KARL brings together Bay Area galleries, nonprofits, and creative organizations to celebrate how fashion, fiber, and mixed media expand the language of contemporary art. The exhibition opens with a live fashion show by Brandin Vaughn, acclaimed designer to icons including Beyoncé (!) before unfolding into a cross-disciplinary presentation of artists and designers who use fabric, thread, and gesture as tools for storytelling.

For exhibited.at, this dialogue feels especially resonant. Many of our artists blur the line between painting, craft, and material exploration, affirming that fabric, collage, and surface are as conceptual and revered as they are tactile.

We’re honoured to join COL Gallery, Jonathan Carver Moore, Venus & Victory, TINT Gallery, and others in reclaiming the language of material as a way to explore identity, memory, and community.
