This work was made to celebrate the Lunar New Year, inspired by Japanese netsuke and inro.

Its size, colour palette and highly detailed decorations are used to reflect and celebrate the highly skilled artisans from the East, linking itself to the sophisticated fashions of the time, whilst celebrating another year of great artistic inspiration and innovation.
