Vera Molnar was born in Budapest in 1924 and since 1947, she has lived and worked in Paris.
She refused to exhibit her “research work” until 1979 with the exception of the “Konkrete Kunst” exhibition in Zurich organized by Max Bill in 1960. She is selected by Cecilia Alemani for the 59th Venice Biennale 2022.
Her work is present in the collections of the Center Pompidou, the Tate Modern and the MoMA.
